Risk Factors of Dyspepsia Development during Anti-tuberculosis Chemotherapy in Children

چکیده

The objective: to identify factors influencing the development of dyspepsia in children during treatment with anti-tuberculosis drugs. Results: out 243 chemotherapy, 22.6% developed as an adverse reaction. Risk significantly associated were follows: formula feeding at birth, comorbidities gastrointestinal tract, decreased total protein and elevated leukocyte counts by admission hospital, tuberculosis per regimens IV or V, inclusion protionamide para-aminosalicylic acid regimen. Based on method logistic regression, following has been developed: predict risk developing chemotherapy a sensitivity 93%; PC software calculate such risk.
